Requirements

* Must be 18 years old or 18 years old on or before the 1^st Tuesday following the 1^st Monday in November

* Must be a citizen of the United States of America

* Must be a citizen of the State of Nebraska

* Have not been convicted of a felony or, if convicted, your civil rights have been restored.

* Have not been officially found to be mentally incompetent.

Note:

If you are a first time voter registering by mail, you must enclose a copy of one of the following:

Current Nebraska driver license	Utility Bill
Bank Statement	Government Check
Paycheck	Other Government Document with name and current residence
