V.        Approve 2011/2012 Budget Workshop Minutes  

9:15 a.m.         Public hearing to receive public comments for or against the proposed 2011/2012 Kimball County Budget:

9:30 a.m.         Public hearing to receive public comments for or against setting the 2011/2012 Final Property Tax Request at a different amount than the 2010/2011 Property Tax Request:

I. Open hearing

9:45 a.m.         Board Actions:

I.          Approve & adopt Resolution to approve and adopt the 2011/2012 Kimball County Budget

II. Authorize the Chairman’s signature on the 2011/2012 County Budget documents

III. Approve an additional 1% increase to the Budgeted Restricted Funds

IV. Approve & adopt Resolution to direct the County Treasurer to transfer funds as needed not to exceed $812,501.00 from the General Fund to the Road Fund

V. Approve & adopt Resolution to set the Final 2011/2012 Property Tax Request at $2,588,695.00

VI. Approve and authorize the Board’s signatures on a letter to the Kimball County Political Subdivisions concerning the 2012/2013 and future Property Tax Allocations

VII. Approve and execute the Agreement between Kimball County and Kimball County Attorney David L. Wilson for office space reimbursement
